- Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Illegal Enhancements. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the services.
Illegal Enhancements reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
- What the loader is
The Loader is a performance and quality-of-life client: frame pacing, chunk and memory optimisation, HUD readouts, camera options and cosmetic settings. It contains no combat automation, no player detection through walls, and nothing designed to defeat an anticheat.
Individual servers set their own rules about client modifications. You are responsible for checking whether a server permits the Loader before you connect to it. We are not responsible for action taken against your account by a server you choose to join.
- Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
One account per person. Sharing, reselling or transferring a licence without our written permission is not permitted.
- User Content
You are solely responsible for the Content you upload to the platform, including any config you publish publicly. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, malicious, or infringes anyone else’s rights.
By publishing a config publicly you grant other users permission to download and use it. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you may delete your own content at any time.
- Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and you will be charged the amount displayed at that time.

- Termination
Users agree to comply with these Terms. Failure to comply may result in the removal of content, suspension or termination of your Account, or legal action.
Illegal Enhancements reserves the right to terminate accounts at our discretion and without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.
- Disclaimer
The services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Loader will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or server.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the services.
